The Autumn Release Retreat in it's entirety was exactly what my soul needed, a slow integration back into calm, to allow myself the space to create without an end goal or idea of what I wanted the final piece to be... to feel movement within and around my body... was to find joy.... was to welcome joy and creation without limits back into my life.
The reminder I needed to create for me too.
What absolute beauty I found and experienced this weekend ✨️💖
What I aimed for this weekend was to let go of perfection, to be present within the moment and to let go of some really heavy emotions that are not currently serving me. 😮💨
And to be surrounded by so many welcoming, compassionate, kind and creative women all weekend!! ✨️ what a true joy and blessing 🙌
I am so very beyond excited for Settling In | A Winter Retreat , the next retreat I get to co-facilitate with Marissa Steiner at Eight Limbs Center ✨️ I can feel it deep in my bones, these retreats are going to be magical at every turn. 🔮
