We are one week into the sale of our limited time Founders Membership. We already have 20 individual and 13 family commitments as of right now.

Hampton Roads Pickleball Club is celebrating our ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY & GRAND RE-OPENING!

One year ago, HRPC opened its doors with a simple goal: create a place where the Hampton Roads pickleball community could play, compete, learn, and connect.

Now we’re getting ready to open those doors again.

And to celebrate, we’re offering a limited opportunity to become an HRPC Founding Member.

We know our recent announcement caught many of you off guard. It caught us off guard as well, and we want to continue keeping everyone informed as we work through this situation.

At this time, HRPC is temporarily closed while we work with our landlord to resolve the matters necessary for us to reopen. Our goal remains to reopen HRPC and continue serving the pickleball community we have built together.

As we look ahead to what we hope will be HRPC’s one-year anniversary, we are preparing to reopen our Founding Membership opportunity.

We currently plan to make a limited number of memberships available:
Individual Founding Membership
$800 proposed one-time payment
Limited to 150 memberships
Family Founding Membership
$1,200 proposed one-time payment
Limited to 50 memberships
Applicable Newport News taxes will be added to the membership price.
Because HRPC is currently temporarily closed, we are reviewing the Founding Membership program to ensure that it is structured properly and complies with all applicable Virginia requirements before accepting payments.
For now, we are opening the Founding Membership waitlist.

Joining the waitlist does not require payment and does not obligate you to purchase a membership. Once the program is finalized and we are able to begin accepting payments, individuals on the waitlist will receive the first opportunity to secure one of the available memberships.

Our planned Founding Member benefits include:
• Free open play
• 30% discount on club events
• 10% discount in the Pro Shop
• Court rentals for $7 per hour
• 14-day advance access to events, open play, and court reservations
• A personalized Founding Member plaque displayed at HRPC
