As a Certified Fitness Trainer, my advice starts with this: 👉🏾 What you put into your body matters⚠️

⚠️Your food doesn’t just affect your weight —
it impacts your mind🧠, your energy, your emotions, and your spirit.

⚠️When the body is constantly fed processed foods, excess sugar, and junk, it begins to crave what harms it. Those cravings can override discipline, clarity, and self-control — making it harder to hear your body, focus your mind, and stay aligned.

⚠️Your body was never meant to be treated like a trashcan.🗑️It is a temple.

📖 “Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you… therefore glorify God in your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

✅If you are a believer and follow Christ and you know He dwells within you — that alone should be motivation to care for your temple with intention.💯

✅Fuel your body with what gives life.
Honor God with how you eat, move, and live.
Stewardship is spiritual too. 💪🏾✨

168 feels GREAT and my temple is 100% purified & cleansed✅ (See X-Ray👇🏾)😆☺️😊💪🏾

I was led to do a 30 day raw fruit and vegetable “God Body Detox” with a beautiful community along with Kema’s Bangin Body BootKamp and needless to say I have unlocked the healthiest version of myself🤗

I’m on a much higher frequency✅ Energy levels stay at 1,000%✅ Productivity levels are through the roof✅ I’m MORE overprotective of my temple & what I put in it to the point everything I ingest, consume and crave is healthy✅ and by the grace of God I’m the HEALTHIEST I’ve ever been in my entire life, mentally, physically, and spiritually✅God has really made “ALL things NEW”☺️💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜✨💜
