every time i look at these pictures, i get so proud of myself! i’ve put in all the hard work to get to where i am now. this is the best shape of my life that i’ve ever been in🔥

while doing this cut, i made it enjoyable for myself. i wanted to enjoy eating what i what whenever i wanted, & i was able to do that!! i ate in MORE protein, MORE fruits & MORE veggies. I focused on my protein intake & portion controlled everything i ate⚡️

losing weight should be enjoyable, not a burden. you don’t need to count every single macro & calorie to live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. everything isn’t going to perfect & that’s PERFECTLY fine! have fun & enjoy the little things because you may never get the chance again!💪🏾

when i first started my cut in May, I was 210lbs… at the beginning of June I was 200lbs… now of August, i am 186lbs. consistency is the key & it will assist you in everything you do!🥵

cutting season is coming to an end & i cannot wait for this bulk! my goals for this bulk is to: sit at 225lbs , add more size to my frame & increase my strength in all my lifts!🤫 we’re just getting started…

The Results: 🤭

I’ll be honest, this is my first time actually posting my body. I’ve always been insecure with my body because it was never the ideal physique that society deemed attractive. However, as I continue to learn to love myself, I know my body is one of a kind & if no one likes it, I know that my body is beautiful. I’ve grown confidence in myself & learned to love my flaws. I want to help others build confidence in themselves & to be proud of their bodies.

The Spartan Trials took discipline the entire time. Having to do cardio was a hassle for me but I knew it was worth it. Having to avoid foods that I enjoyed & craved was a battle, but I won. I took myself out of my daily comfort zone and I got better from doing so. 💪🏾

I was 200lbs when I started the challenge & I am still 200lbs today. It is not always about the numbers. I’m the same weight but i feel lighter than ever. I’m able to lift my own weight with little struggle. I am able to run without any pain coming to bother me. My physical state is better than ever. 🔥🔥

Thank you to everyone that participated in this challenge, I am forever grateful for all of you! I hope everyone enjoyed this challenge & took something from this that will help your daily living. ❤️‼️

▫️You can do different variations of push-ups, squats & pull-ups (ex: diamond push-ups, split squats, neutral grip pull-ups)
▫️Instead of 200 push-ups do 100 burpees
▫️With the pull-ups, do assisted pull-ups w/ a resistance band or a pull-up machine (you can find that at a gym)
