NOT ME! uses a hands free applicator so that you never have to rub the gel in with your hands. Also, it contains 4% lidocaine which is uuhhmazing. I always keep it on me when my athletes are in need of relief and they all love it 💙

Get to workout with my everyday this week! After going hard in the gym yesterday, we decided to take a step back and work on our stability muscle groups while enjoying the morning ocean waves 🌊🌊🌊

Wellness is listening to your body. It is making time for things that are important to you and it is making changes when things don’t feel right.
Took a day off the gym to breathe salty air & do some core stability work with shell. I was inspired by to incorporate more lower core to tighten things up😋
Take some time for yourself. Even if that means a few deep breaths. It is important. 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️
