We’ve collectively spent 30+ years teaching — not just Pilates, but movement in every setting you can think of. Group classes, PT centers, private sessions, all ages, all bodies. We hold multiple certifications across many platforms such as yoga, sculpt, TRX, spin/cycle, Lagree, SUP, and more!
We’ve put in the countless hours… teaching, taking, observing, studying — and we continue to still learn more every single day.
