This crate trained dog likes tons of attention, and lots of short bursts of exercise. He is loving running with on the skateboard

⭐️Meet the Team Monday⭐️
Meet our awesome coach Clare Glavin! Clare has been teaching pilates and HIIT at FIT Newport Beach since mid 2024, and she’s loved being a part of the team and getting to know our clients. Her favorite moves on the mega reformer are kneeling inner thigh and catfish, and her favorite exercise in our HIIT class is slams with the battle ropes. Outside of being a FIT instructor, Clare enjoys going to the beach, running, hanging out with her dog, and playing pickleball. You can catch Clare teaching at FIT Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, and Saturdays, as well as taking our classes on her days off 😊
