to be honest with you, I think a lot of you are over complicating your fitness journey.
stop making the same mistakes I did and do things right!!
As a coach, I think the biggest mistake I see clients struggle with is letting one meal out or a few missed workouts spiral into a week of binging and then re starting each Monday.
It doesn’t have to be such a big deal when you eat out a few times or miss a few workouts, just immediately get back on track and keep going! It’s a mindset thing, I promise!
