🌑 Every month, we gather to honor the beginning of a new lunar cycle through meditation, intention setting, and immersive sound healing. While the sky is at its darkest, we’re invited to slow down, look inward, and consciously choose what we’d like to cultivate in the weeks ahead.

Why do we celebrate the New Moon?

→ It symbolizes new beginnings and fresh possibilities.
→ It gives us permission to pause before rushing into what’s next.
→ Sound healing helps regulate the nervous system and quiet mental chatter.
→ Setting intentions brings awareness to the habits and energy we’re creating.
→ Practicing in community reminds us that transformation doesn’t have to happen alone.

This month’s Gemini New Moon encourages curiosity, fresh perspectives, and open communication. Throughout the ceremony, we’ll journey through the frequencies of the Mercury Gong, honoring Gemini’s ruling planet, alongside the Moon Gong, Earth Gong, and more, creating a deeply restorative soundscape for reflection and renewal.

A Blue Moon. A second chance.
This Full Moon is a reminder that growth is rarely linear, and becoming often asks us to release the stories we’ve outgrown.

This moon carries the energy of expansion,softening the grip on fear, stepping beyond limitation, and remembering how vast life can become when we trust ourselves enough to evolve.

Sagittarius asks:
What truth is waiting to be lived?
What part of you is ready to stop playing small?
What would happen if you let yourself leap?

There is something deeply healing about pausing long enough to listen inward. To let the noise settle and allow clarity to emerge naturally instead of forcing it.

Rest is not something you earn after exhaustion.
It is something your body, mind, and spirit inherently deserve.

Tonight’s Restorative Yoga & Reiki class with Gian Shakti is an invitation to soften, slow down, and receive.
Unlike Yin Yoga, which works deeply into the connective tissues through longer-held stretches and sensation-based poses, Restorative Yoga is centered entirely around releasing tension in the body, and relaxing fully without effort.

In restorative yoga, the body is fully supported with props so there is little to no muscular effort required. The intention is not to “stretch deeper,” but to create enough safety and stillness for the body to finally let go.

When we rest deeply, the body shifts out of survival mode and into a parasympathetic state, the state where true healing, repair, digestion, emotional processing, and restoration can occur.

Combined with Reiki energy healing, this experience becomes a powerful opportunity for deep, inner tranquility. Reiki works gently with the body’s energetic system to support balance and release tension.

Tonight is not about productivity.
Not about pushing.
Not about doing more.
It is about remembering that your worth is not measured by how exhausted you are.
