After a year and a half of working toward getting Holbrook into their stores, we finally had the opportunity to sit down with their team — and we documented what the process actually looks like.

Because running a pickleball brand isn’t just about making paddles.

It’s the meetings. The travel. The research. Talking to players. Learning new markets. Building relationships. Showing up prepared, staying curious, and figuring out where you can create real value.
