Lately, this guy has been having some OCD stuff go on. On our walk today, he brought up all the trash that is around the gym.

He said we should pick it up, so we worked on:

🔺️visual attention with walking

🔺️squatting to point out trash

🔺️walking on different surfaces

🔺️not getting upset about the trash ➡️ finding a solution

After we were done, we sat down, and he wanted to see all the trash we collected 🗑🚮... He was so proud of himself. Brett, thank you 😊 🙏 🙌🏼 what a rewarding session on so many levels 👏

What happens in our one-on-one sessions is only a TINY part of our clients lives. In reality the real changes happen when your off our clock living life.
Our boy .bish.33 has made insane progress lately which we can't take credit for... here he is pre-session working some cervical spine CARs (controlled articular rotations) WITHOUT any cuing from Jax. This boy has got internal motivation and cuing in all the right ways.
Keep at it Alex. So so proud you 💪🤩

Pool sessions with our dude Alex have him working on so many things, here are a couple of things we love that happen in swimming:

🔺️hip extension
🔺️cardio (not always easy to obtain for not yet ambulatory individuals)
🔺️breathe control
🔺️cervical extension

I think our favorite aspect is just how well his speech is after we get out of the pool. So to all the therapists out there if diaphragm and breathe control are the things hindering an individuals speech give the pool a try 🏊‍♂️

Jax loves to play in the fitness world learning new movements and then bringing them into a modified version for her athletes!

Love this exercise for our dude many peeps in the 'functional fitness' world may know this movement as the first step in a
BBBBUUUTTT.... what if you were a survivor of a with neglect and weakness on that left side but with enough repetition and cuing Ryan is now able to get all the way up!
