CrossFit Newnan offers the most experienced coaching staff in the area. We have 6 Crossfit certified trainers, most holding multiple certifications. We have CAREER trainers, so our class schedule will not change due to a primary job of a coach…our classes are set so they will not upset your plans/schedule! We are competitive in cost while offering the largest facility in the area (9,000 square fee

t), the most equipment, and the widest range of equipment. We offer FREE childcare, his/hers locker rooms equipped with private showers, and WODIFY! We are excited to use the talents we have been blessed with to partner with local charities to help our community! We provide a challenging and positive atmosphere and training environment. Today was coach Eric’s last day at CrossFit Newnan 😢 We’re so thankful and appreciative of all he’s done over the last 15 years. Although we’ll miss him, we wish he and his family the best on their move to Missouri! Love you coach Eric!

Memorial Day is quickly approaching and you know what that means-it’s MURPH time!
We are excited and look forward to this workout every year. We will have three dates so everyone will have a chance to participate in this hero wod. Saturday May 24 at 8:30 am, Monday May 26 at 8:30 am, or Saturday May 31 at 8:30 am.
Please be sure to RSVP for one of the above dates; sign ups will be at the gym.

*March Member Spotlight* Meet Michelle Freeman! Michelle joined us back in August of 2024. She came in with a goal to get in shape for her trip in November and joined us to build strength and stamina. Little did she know that after a few months in she would be hooked and committed to pursuing her goals in CrossFit. Michelle is truly a testament to what the CrossFit community is about. She always comes in with a smile on her face ready to take on whatever challenge she is faced with. She has accomplished so much in her short time with us and are looking forward to seeing many more.

CrossFit Newnan family get ready! We’re doing an in house competition between 4 teams led by coach Andrew and Amanda, coach Marcie, coach Mindy and Scott, and coach Eric! Points can be earned in many ways including signing up for the open, getting our open t-shirt, placement in the open workouts, and more!

There are prizes, but, maybe most importantly, bragging rights for the team with the most points 😉🏆

We will push each other…. to see who is the FITTEST TEAM of CrossFit Newnan!
