What’s your favorite class format and why?
“It’s hard to choose just one, but I think my favorite class format is sculpt + sweat. It’s the perfect combination of the classic barre format and cardio. It always makes me feel like I’ve gotten a full body workout!”

Take class at 7am, 8:30am, and 10am followed by free gifts, deals to shop, and iced coffee on us from Cornerstone Coffee ☕️🩵✨ Not a member? Grab a drop in credit for only $14 to join us on our birthday!

Members Only Afternoon 9/13
We want to celebrate YOU - the people who have helped us get to this milestone. Take a 35 minute strength express class at 3pm followed by an afternoon of Mahjong (and other games), a trunk show, snacks, drinks and prizes! Stay the whole time, just take a class, or drop in. No matter what, we want to see you there! Doors will be open until 6pm.

What’s your favorite class format and why?
“That’s a hard question! I love them all. If I had to pick one, I would say Strength Express is my current favorite. This class allows me to push myself in new ways and leaving feeling stronger - both mentally and physically.💪”

A new drop from Free People Movement and Beyond Yoga just hit our retail boutique! Does it matter what brands you wear to class? Are matching sets required for a good workout? Absolutely not!

That said, we are firm believers in wearing pieces that are made to last. We also know there is just something special about putting on an outfit that makes you feel good ✨

Wherever and whatever that looks like, our goal is to make shopping for your workout clothes easier with brands and items we know and love. Be sure to check out these pieces (and some of our other favs) in the pictures and next time you are in studio 🫶🪩

Congrats to Danielle for taking 500 classes with us at the studio! She joined as one of our OG founding neighbors back before we were even open. Between a busy schedule as a teacher and mom to 3 kiddos (who are unofficial members at this point 🤣), we are so proud of her for hitting this milestone! What would you say to someone nervous to take their first Neighborhood Barre class?
“Just do it! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! There are modifications for everything and it is truly a workout that continues to be challenging whether you are 25, 100, or 500 classes in.”

⭐️250 CLASSES⭐️

Congrats to Savannah for officially taking 250 classes with us! She’s been with us since basically the beginning and we have loved getting to cheer her on in class over the last few years and especially now during her pregnancy as she preps for her barre baby to arrive. What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed in your mind and/or body since starting at Neighborhood Barre Newnan?
“Post college sport life I got out of the habit of pushing myself to physical limits or to keep going when I would get tired. Barre has really brought back my enjoyment of working out and being in the group setting has given me the mental strength to keep pushing and go a little longer when my body is ready to be done! You can do anything for 10 more seconds!”
