What do our clients do at Hybrid Fitness? Here’s a sample…⬆️.
prioritizes our semi-private program for building strength, stability and aerobic capacity because it is tailored to her individual needs. She also mixes in our Hybrid Circuit classes for some high-intensity cardio & general fitness…a perfect balance!
Her process started with a functional movement screen and a goal setting meeting to get clear on the purpose behind her training…in this case, a combination of building muscle, body re-comp, cardiovascular health and most recently athletic performance goals on the ski slopes. With that info, we write the program and coach the process…the client puts in the hard work 💪!
