Lauren: Yoga is where it's at - whether its for a workout, cool down, or simple reboot of the mind, yoga is beneficial in so many ways. I offer different types of yoga classes, all customized to your goals. Want to unwind after a long day or begin to build and tone muscle? Biology, NASM CPT: From cross training, to bodyweight, to power/olympic lifts, I have touched on all aspects of training in my

fitness career. I have a passion for fast paced, endurance training movements that push you to your limits. With experience coaching high school soccer and track and field, I offer a suite of techniques and approaches to help you reach your fitness goals.

We'd like to proudly announce that we will begin teaching YOGA classes out on the patio at the STARBUCKS location in Newington, CT! (995 Main Street, Newington, CT)

FREE STARBUCKS COFFEE will be provided after the class - there will be complimentary brewed coffee served on the patio. Any other beverages or food items must be purchased through the Starbucks lobby.

Beginning August 7th (and continuing for as long as we have this lovely warm weather) - Lauren will be leading an all levels yoga class from 6am - 7am every Tuesday morning out on the patio.

Only 20 spots are available so sign up quickly by messaging us privately!! 10 spots will be initially reserved for those who have purchased class cards. If everyone is more excited about this than we expect - all 20 spots will be reserved for class card holders.

One mat will be provided, but it is suggested to bring another mat to place on top. A light blanket to place underneath your mat for support on bad knees would be welcomed as well.

How much??
$60 for a (5) class card (this will never expire, and will be honored at more locations which are to come)
$15 to drop in for (1) class
