Tonight at Clem Lemire, the Newington Girls Soccer Team will celebrate their 5 amazing seniors and face Rocky Hill in a crucial match with the conference title on the line!
These five young women are the heartbeat and soul of this year’s team, and we’d love to see Clem Lemire packed with Newington supporters cheering them on.
If you have a young soccer player dreaming of one day wearing the NHS jersey, bring them tonight to see our seniors, and the entire team in action!
Arrival time for the soccer match is 6... or 7 because the match kicks off at 7:30 with a Senior ceremony beginning at 7pm.
Each senior has played a vital role in this team’s success:
Liv – Brings elite acceleration, slicing through defenses to create scoring chances for herself and her teammates.
Gianna – A tenacious attacker with a “never stop” mentality, delivering pinpoint left-footed crosses and corner kicks.
Nora – Calm under pressure, confident in every challenge, and precise in every defensive play.
Keegan – A defensive rock with unmatched awareness as the field general, always in the right place at the right time, and a goal scoring threat from a free kick.
Jill – A fearless goalkeeper whose brilliance anchors the team. She puts her body on the line every match and makes opposing strikers work for perfection.
Together, they share one defining trait... a team-first mindset.

A special shoutout to the Field Hockey team, who will celebrate their own Senior Night before the soccer match begins.
