Youth Athlete Development Academyโs Strength & Conditioning Class is designed to help young athletes develop total-body strength, speed, coordination, and durability in a safe, structured, and high-energy environment.

The Youth Athlete Development Academy Strength & Conditioning Class is built to help young athletes develop the physical foundation needed to perform at a higher levelโno matter the sport.
This class focuses on age-appropriate strength training, athletic movement, and conditioning while teaching athletes how to move efficiently, safely, and confidently. Sessions emphasize proper technique, control, and effort, not max weight or unsafe lifting.
Athletes will train using:
Bodyweight exercises
Resistance tools
Speed and agility drills
Conditioning circuits designed for youth athletes
Beyond physical development, athletes will learn discipline, accountability, and how to work with purposeโskills that carry over to sports, school, and life.
This class is ideal for athletes looking to:
