So good update.

Yesterday I had a Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) for my lower back. They took these big rods put them in certain spots where my pain was centered in. For me that was the lower back to the joint where my spine meets my hips. Basically on the outside is around the area that’s the middle of the top of my butt. Anyway the put those rods in after numbing me and put an electrical pulsating tip on a gages where they were. When they got them placed right they put this deal in that burned and killed all Of the nerves in my pain target area in the hopes that it would stop the pain I was having daily. This procedure should help with a majority of the pain anywhere from 3 months up to a year with most being pain free from 6-9!months. Yesterday was rough with some serious pain on my left side at the procedure site and in that muscle. The right side seemed fine. Today however the pain from
Yesterday seems to have subsided by around 75-80% and my original pain that the procedure was for seems to be around 90% better. They said it could be a couple days before full effect comes but already thinking things are huge win for me. I can tell that the normal morning pain I have just waking up and having a hard time just standing or walking is gone. Omg thank God this is working.

BBQ Baked potatoes for dinner. Baked potato with butter cheese bacon bits chives sour cream and my smoked pulled pork we froze a couple weeks ago. So good. Better than any restaurant I’ve had one at.

This crap is crazy. We did keep her home and the threats just keep coming. 2 more this morning about a school Shooting at 1045 am at southmoore high school they are letting parents come pick up kids from school but I keep mine home. Lord keep these kids safe today and bring peace to the spirit and mind of the kids who do these things. Keep these kids safe and pray that these people Responsible for these terroristic threats get brought to justice.

On our way home we pass through Memphis and when we do we have to have BBQ. This time our usual spot was closed for the day so we tried another spot. Damn guess we have a new favorite place to eat here now. Bain Barbecue idk what you put on your fries and what seasoning is in the chopped beef but damn this food was amazing. While eating we heard another customer just avail raving about the smash burger here. I usually don’t do this for a food place because everyone has different taste. But man if you’re in Memphis you have to stop by and try Bain BBQ. You won’t regret it I promise.
