We’re thrilled to announce that CrossFit Kids classes are starting this November for students in Grades 4-8! 🌟

Join us for a fun and energetic program designed to build strength, confidence, and teamwork. Our certified coaches will guide your kids through age-appropriate workouts that promote fitness in a supportive and engaging environment.

Full Potential and R3VAMP are teaming up to bring the ultimate fitness and performance program to Newburyport.

Students will learn proper technique and progressions of athletic training with CrossFit coach Kaitlyn Brosnan on Mondays. On Thursdays students will work with R3VAMP Performance Specialist Michael Hicks to develop reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and sports performance techniques.
