The kettlebell 's versatility is only limited by your imagination. The thicker handle promotes grip strength which contributes to longevity.

A TRX Row as an angled pull can be a great place to start. This along with the cable cross pull downs in our last video are a few exercises you can do to get the muscles firing that ate needed to master your pull-up!

Here I demonstrate the Cable Cross Pulldown.

We use this exercise as a progression to doing pull-ups. Pulling from a stretched position from top to bottom helps clients to feel how to use their lats instead of biceps as the "prime mover."
