We want to take a moment to express just how grateful we are for each and every one of you. Our studio is more than a place to practice—it’s a space filled with heart, connection, and the incredible energy you bring each time you roll out your mat.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for supporting one another, and for helping create a community rooted in kindness, growth, and presence. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just beginning your journey here, your light makes this studio the special place it is.

We are deeply grateful for this shared practice, for the laughter, and for all the ways you inspire us daily. Thank you for being part of this beautiful community. We look forward to continuing to grow, breathe, and move together.

Hey yogis! We have exciting news to share! We are proud to announce that Sweat and Soul School of Yoga is officially open for business! We are so thrilled to share that we are registered with yoga alliance and that our very first 200 hour YTT program is set to start in January 2026!

We are so excited to start this next chapter of Sweat and Soul! We couldn’t be more excited and grateful! Thank you all so much for your support, we couldn’t do it without you! ❤️‍🔥
