Starting Monday October 14, 2024 i will be taking on 15 clients who want to get ahead of the holidays. We will be doing a 6 week program with an emphasis on weight lifting. I will be offering 4 days a week of in person group training along with nutrition advice to create a healthier version of you before the holidays and the new year. It’s been over a year since we have done any sort of in season training. Today was day 1 of in season training for most of my athletes. These 2 guys have been grinding all of quarantine getting bigger, faster, and stronger. Now it’s time to play! Kick some ass boys!

Day 3 tomorrow morning bright and early and only 12 hours or so after workout 2. The excitement when waking up tomorrow morning will be drastically reduced from day 1. Why? Because its uncomfortable!!! Tomorrow is the day you either roll back over and stay the same or set the tone for the rest of this challenge. It doesn't get worse than tomorrow morning. PUSH THROUGH!!! Do it for yourself! Don't give in to mediocrity! Launch yourself out of bed, but before you do, make a promise to yourself that the moment your feet hit the earth, your goal is to beat the person you were yesterday, last week, one year ago, and 10 years ago. Lets better ourselves, our bodies, and above all else, our lifestyle, by taking the plunge!!! BE COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE! LETS GO!!!!
