Movement is medicine—no matter what it looks like today.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, intense, or even planned. A walk outdoors to start/end your day, an at home workout, a group class, a gentle stretch on your lunch break, a few intentional deep breaths - it all adds up!

Just 20 to 30 minutes of daily movement has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, boost mood, improve sleep, and increase overall energy levels. It’s not just physical - it’s emotional and mental health too.
