DC Track and Field’s season comes to an end with our final athlete placing 8th in the TSSAA state championship!! Tayshun Bowers finishes his junior season on the podium for the 800m. We are very proud of his hard work and can’t wait to see him continue to grow in his senior year.

Congratulations to our 4 x 200 relay team!!! We finish our season 8th in the state at the TSSAA championship!! We are very proud of Lana Landry, Zya Currie, Alijah Robinson and Teagan Reed for their amazing track performances! Alijah Robinson will continue her track journey at Bethel University! Teagan Reed will play volleyball at Jackson State! Once a Choctaw, Always a Choctaw!

Anitra Honore finishes her high school career on the podium at the TSSAA State Championship! She takes 6th overall in the state of Tennessee!!!!! Anitra has competed at state every year of her high school journey. We can’t wait to see her continue her shot put career with Lane College! We’re so proud of this amazing young woman!!! Once a Choctaw, Always a Choctaw!

Huge congratulations to the Women’s Track and Field Team! These talented ladies earned our program’s first ever Sectional Runner Up for all of West Tennessee!!!!!! We are so proud of each of the dedicated athletes that excelled in their events to make this honor possible. Congratulations ladies!
