Opportunity doesn’t always knock at a convenient time.
Serena went to watch the Varsity games , just a spectator, or so we thought. Next thing we know, she’s being called onto the court. 🏀

Full stomach and all, she laced up, adapted, and gave it everything she had.

That’s the thing about being ready — it’s not about perfect conditions. It’s about showing up, staying coachable, and trusting your training when the moment finds you.

6 miles in the pouring rain. I was in my element. My daughter, biking beside me, was NOT. 😂 She was cold, soaked, and deeply questioning my life choices. I have never felt more alive.
