Whether you're 4 weeks postpartum, 25 weeks pregnant, 12 years postpartum, or anywhere in between, this presentation is for YOU!

Our pelvic floor muscles play a vital role in regaining bladder and bowel control, as well as enhancing sexual function. The deep abdominal muscles are key for improving diastasis recti (DRA) and safely returning to activities like running, weightlifting, and other high-impact exercises after pregnancy.

Join us for practical tips on how to self-assess and treat common deep core muscle dysfunctions during pregnancy and postpartum. We’ll also cover a return-to-run protocol and share progressive ideas for getting back into weightlifting post-baby.

🔸 Current members can contact us to sign up their friend for a free drop-in and reserve a spot in the class of their choice
🔸 Non-members can purchase a drop-in and then contact us to sign up their friend for a free drop-in and to reserve a spot in the class of their choice.
🔸 Members and those who have purchased drop-ins/ten pack, etc. can bring a friend as many times as they like, but not the same free friend twice.
