Another weekend in the books! Saturday we went 2-2 for 2nd overall and Sunday we went 2-1 for my first 1st this year! Battled bar to bar with my cousin Big C Smith Racing. We both went down a couple times and kept working our way back up to each other. Cody was beyond tired Saturday and fell asleep with dad on the pit bike. Cant wait to go rip at Valley MX!

Reflecting back on this season it is definitely not how I wanted it to be. I've battled with some if the fastest kids around, lost places and gained some back, and continued to learn and push forward. Broke my arm not once but twice this year only 4 months apart. Even though I wanted to place higher I'm pretty happy that I'll still be going to the D14 banquet. I want to thank everyone who was always in my corner rather it be giving me pointers, cheering me on, helping me on the track or just simply being a friend. I considered a lot of you to be my MotoFam and love you all!
Dad and mom are ordering me a specialized brace for my arm for next season, so watch out cause I'll be ready to battle again against my buddies. Hoping now that this season's over I can get some good bone growth on my break and come back stronger than ever!
