Friday class will now be held in the Coopersville location. It will nogi 6-8 pm every Friday. We are also offering kids class on Friday 5-6. If you have a unlimited kids membership you can attend either location.

Double digits for the kickoff open mat at the new Coopersville location. Got to introduce 2 kids to grappling and they loved it. Had people from 4 gyms and every belt color from white to black. has set the mold im just following the plan.
