Monster Mode has a variety of classes for all fitness levels. We offer drop in classes which means no contracts or monthly pricing. Most of our classes run in the evening from 6 pm and on. We offer open workout for $6 to drop in on select days and times. Monster Mode also offers personal training/one on one sessions for weight loss, boxing, and kickboxing. Again please message us for details.
