🌿Meditative Cycle Ride Experience🌿
This isn’t your typical ride — it’s a journey designed to challenge you on multiple levels. Don’t be fooled by the name; while it’s meditative and calming, it’s also a powerful workout for your body, mind, and soul.
Our focus will be on building strength, embracing our inner power, and releasing what no longer serves us — creating a continuous cycle of growth, surrender, and empowerment.
We’ll start with a 30 minute ride that pushes your physical limits, followed by a gentle 10 minute restorative yoga flow to cool down and center yourself. To crown the experience, we’ll end with a 20 minute Sound Bath — a sacred healing practice where soothing sounds and vibrations help you relax, restore, and reconnect. Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that makes you comfortable, as you sit or lie down to absorb the healing sounds.
This journey is not just about fitness; it’s about transformation. Prepare to challenge yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, embrace your inner power, and open yourself to receiving abundance and peace.
