5 months postpartum, 145 lbs!
While I am not quite where I’d like to be I am proud of myself for showing up as often as possible. Right now it’s all about quality over quantity.
I am training 2/3 days a week, full body and cardio. Although it may not be happening as fast as I had hoped it would, I know consistency pays off!

I actually hate the bloom greens but regardless I do use greens every single day bc ya girl don’t eat as many veggies that are necessary

One year ago today!!!
I get my first national certification one year ago today, how special it is to look back on this day knowing how excited I was to begin my new career.

Flash forward to today and in only 365 days I have helped 10 clients reach their fitness goals and over 20 begin their fitness journey.

I have gotten wonderful clients from all walks of life, ages ranging from 14 years to 76! How freaking cool is that?!
I am so beyond blessed and grateful to be able to do something that I truly love so much and to be able to help so many people in putting their health first🩷

I want to thank everyone for all the support, even just by following/liking my page it means the world to me and that never goes unnoticed.
