5 months postpartum, 145 lbs!
While I am not quite where I’d like to be I am proud of myself for showing up as often as possible. Right now it’s all about quality over quantity.
I am training 2/3 days a week, full body and cardio. Although it may not be happening as fast as I had hoped it would, I know consistency pays off!
