If you don’t feel like going to the gym… go to the gym. Put your feelings aside.

That mindset is exactly why and are headed to play collegiate softball.

For nearly a year, these two have shown up consistently and put in the work—whether they felt like it or not. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just discipline and a commitment to doing what’s required.

This is what the next level demands.

College athletics doesn’t care if you’re tired, sore, or unmotivated. Life doesn’t either. The athletes who separate themselves are the ones who learn to execute regardless of how they feel.

Kate and Lydia have embraced that mindset, and we couldn’t be more proud of the young women they’ve become and the opportunities they’ve earned.

The work they’re doing now is preparing them not only for collegiate softball, but for the challenges and opportunities life will bring.

Can’t wait to watch both of them compete at the next level.

Granville High School Track & Field came to Train4Freedom for a meet day preparation session ahead of the LCL Championship Meet.

Huge congratulations to both the Granville Boys and Girls teams on winning the 2026 LCL Championship - Buckeye Divison titles! 🏆🏆

During the session, athletes went through a complete recovery and performance protocol, including:

✅ Dynamic movement preparation
✅ Stretching and mobility
✅ Foam rolling and percussion therapy
✅ Compression boot recovery
✅ Mental performance and visualization

These sessions help athletes improve mobility, reduce soreness, enhance recovery, sharpen focus, build confidence, and arrive at competition feeling prepared to perform at their best.

Great athletes don’t wait.

As soon as basketball season ended, was right back to work. She spends her off-seasons in the weight room, getting stronger — physically and mentally.

No extended break. No wasted time. No excuses.

Why? Because the moment your season ends, you are at the furthest point possible from the start of the next one—which means you have the greatest opportunity to build strength, power, and athleticism.

The athletes who make the biggest jumps don’t wait until summer. They start immediately.

High-level athletes train year-round, but the off-season is where you can truly attack development and lay the foundation for your next breakthrough.

Leah is a prime example of that.

She’s one of the top players in the area, and her commitment to strength training is a major reason why. Stronger athletes are more explosive, more resilient, and better prepared to dominate when the season rolls around.

We recently hosted Granville Middle School Track & Field for a special Meet Day Preparation Session ahead of the LCL Championship Meet, and we were honored to help these athletes get ready to compete at their best.

A huge thank you to the athletes and parents for coming out and trusting us to be part of your preparation. We love working with teams that are committed to doing the little things that create big results.

During the session, athletes were guided through a complete performance and recovery protocol, including:

✅ Stretching and mobility work
✅ Foam rolling and massage gun therapy
✅ Compression boot recovery
✅ Mental performance and visualization strategies

Speed wins—and understands that. 🔥

While most athletes overlook speed work, Luke attacks it because he knows it’s the X-factor that separates good from elite.

Broken wrist? Doesn’t matter. He still shows up and gets his work in.

That’s the kind of mindset you can’t coach.

Luke’s got a bright future on the football field, and with the way he works, it’s only a matter of time before that work starts paying off in a big way.
