We offer one-on-one personal training sessions, specialized fitness programs, workshops, senior fitness, and group classes including Bootcamp, Circuit Training and Tabata. The best thing is we are a kid friendly environment where children are always welcome. Dry Creek Pioneer Regional Park - High Ridge Loop Trail

We will meet up at the Dry Creek Staging Area located at 100 May Road in Union City. Google Maps location link is here: https://goo.gl/maps/Gi1pJaFD4vXqgYWq9.
Parking is $5 cash per vehicle (when kiosk is attended). We will hike the High Ridge Loop Trail. This is an approximate 5.8 mile hike with an elevation gain of 1,223 feet. Bring plenty of water as there is little shade.
