Update on construction:
PLAYGROUND: Drainage and grading work is occurring on site to prepare the subsurface. Equipment foundations are being prepared and installed. Next steps: Final drainage will be complete once dry weather occurs for a few days. Once foundations are complete, equipment will start being installed. The project remains on track for overall completion in the May–June timeframe.

GAME COURTS: The tennis court will close and the access fencing and divider fence mesh will be removed by the end of March. Milling and removal of existing footers will begin in early April, and by mid-month, fine grading and proof rolling of the subbase, installation of base course and new footers, and placement of wearing course (asphalt surface) should all be under way or completed. Following installation of the wearing course, a curing period will be required. Acrylic court surfacing will be applied approximately 30 days after the wearing course has fully cured to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Expected project completion June.

In preparation for the forecasted storm, Glasgow Park will have limited access for the duration of the storm event.
Beginning Sunday, February 22, 2026, only the eastern entrance near the sledding hill will be open for park access. The main entrance and the entrance by the dog park will remain closed throughout the storm.
This temporary closure will allow our crews to respond more efficiently and expedite cleanup efforts to facilitate a full reopening as soon as conditions permit.

Here is the layout for tonight's vigil. There will be traffic control and guidance for parking with the main lot in front of the Frazier house open for general parking. Overflow will continue to the dog park and other parking lots throughout.
***
There will be battery candles handed out as you enter the field area.
***
There will also be coffee and hot cocoa provided.
***
We ask that you hand in the candles on your way out in the same location where you pick them up.
Deldot will also be placing signs along route 40 directing you to parking. We will have overflow parking also at Keene elementary and the county will be running three shuttle buses between the parking lot.
