(For me) What's your favorite way to destress? Mine has been meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ lately post shower meditations have been MOST helpful for me. There's something special about adding some cleansing mindful breathing after cleansing my physical body 💫

I have been working hard on finding balance. Finding time for myself. Spending quality time with my babes (including my hubby 💝) staying present and getting back into my spiritual practice. Lately it's getting easier.. surprisingly it ACTUALLY does.
Once I decided to love myself. To take care of my mind, body and spirit.. everything else seems to fall into place.
As a Mother.. that almost seems impossible. It's been a struggle for me these past 3 years .. and it's crazy to say that with this 3rd pregnancy it's given me the push and inspiration I needed to love myself.
Finding out I was pregnant at the beginning of this pandemic was such a hard pill for me to swallow. But little did I know.. he would be the key to keeping us balanced ❤
