(For me) What's your favorite way to destress? Mine has been meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ lately post shower meditations have been MOST helpful for me. There's something special about adding some cleansing mindful breathing after cleansing my physical body 💫

Today we tried these black bean brownies!! Shout out to and this recipe. It was actually really good.. the kiddos AND my hubby enjoyed it!! They had no idea they were eating beans 🤣 ❤ I was nervous but super excited making them
