This morning's 30 minute circuit. Needed a change of scenery. Completed my first 60 days this week. Down 10lbs from the 20lbs I gained during quarantine..😁 Haven't hit my target yet but almost there. Progress, not perfection. Stay tuned...😉

Day 46 of 60 of my fitness journey. Workout from earlier this morning.
I did a 30 minute session. Wanted to run today but it was entirely too humid for my taste. 😆 I'll get an early morning run in tomorrow though for sure!

Day 30... Decided to document 60 days as opposed to 30 days of my fitness journey. Had a few personal set backs in the first few weeks, so I decided to extend it to give you all a better picture of my progress.
After yesterday's 10-mile run, I decided not to run today (calves still on fire!!) Rather I chose to do a 30 minute arm circuit.

Day six... After my 30 min workout this morning, which consisted of stability and core training, I made a smoothie. Consisted of granola/peanut butter/seamoss gel courtesy of / unsweetned vanilla almond milk/bananas/raw, local unfiltered honey (for my allergies). Also added some nutmeg. Great meal replacement drink!

*No running today. Need to heal my knee*

Happy Hump Day! Day 4 of my 30-day fitness journey. While I just started logging my fitness regimen, I've been working out pretty consistently for at least the past month/month in a half. Trying to keep it consistent. I've worked out everyday since last Wednesday with no rest day, so yesterday I took a much needed rest day. About to get into a quick strength training set. Stay safe! Stay fit ! Stay motivated!😉
