Toxic positivity, the insistence on constant happiness, undermines the very foundation of genuine joy.

My research into the “DNA of Joy” reveals that authentic joy isn’t about suppressing negative emotions; it’s about acknowledging the full spectrum of human experience. Feeling. Noticing.

When we force positivity,
~we disrupt the natural flow of emotions,
hindering motivation,
stifling collaboration, and
ultimately diminishing productivity.

True joy fuels
💠intrinsic motivation,
💠fosters deeper connection,
💠and creates a culture where teams can (and want to):

~when your mother-in-law Dolores turns 95!

🌟We enJOYed a lovely meal at a new dinette in Nutley with great food & a charming atmosphere

We celebrated with and Bradley, Timmy & Claire, Jimmy & Marge and & I!

The carrot cake from another Nutley delight of was delish!

Mom Longo still has her s***k, she’s ambulatory and still living in her home w/ Basia ( live-in bestie) & our Angel (thank you )

Dolores plans to live to 100 and beyond!

Are you Remembering, Connecting and Celebrating Life with others?

My heart is so full right now….

❄️I’ve been so busy wrapping up my year at Pfizer……I waited until this quiet Saturday morning to •enJOY opening up all of the Christmas Cards in front of the fireplace, in my red plaid pj’s … freshly ground, brewed hazelnut coffee in hand, remnants of a dusting of snow on the ground .. in my haven, decorated to savor my favorite time of the year …

~these precious cards have been arriving enmasse daily from Jay, the mailman as he drops them thru the brass mail slot in the front door of our home…

What a year 2024 was for each of YOU…
~so many parenting passages .. new babies, graduations, weddings, getaways - trickled with some losses, yet, so many blessings…

There are some •ahhhhhh-mazing• memories shared, incredible vacations, voyages, moves - big accomplishments, promotions & retirements (congrats!) new homes, additions - splurges and oh, the pets we adore!

⭐️This •Christmas Card• tradition is one that induces so much JOY into •ME• and I save these cards, revisiting them throughout the year….

🌟It’s hard to put into words what it feels like to hold so much LOVE in my hands .. to see your year of living unfold before my eyes - looking at your photos of special moments, of FAMILY - which is everything …
To be for me is one thing…

BUT, to tell YOU how to every day…. It makes sense that receiving cards warms the heart and fills the soul with such utter
