🏃🏾‍♂️ RUN THE MILES. BUILD THE STRENGTH. 💪🏾

Next Thursday (March 19) Arrival Fitness and Brick City Run Club are teaming up for a community run + strength session in Newark.

We’ll start with a 2-mile run from Arrival Fitness to The Notch at Riverfront Park and back, then finish with a lower body strength and stability workout focused on building resilient knees, ankles, and single-leg strength.

Anyone can be interested in getting stronger, fitter, or healthier — but commitment means showing up when it’s hard, staying focused when progress is slow, and refusing to quit when it would be easy to. Don’t be complacent with interest. Be all in.
