The MAC has been renowned for three decades as being among the best DanceSport events in the country.

It is, after the USA Dance National DanceSport Championships, the longest-running amateur DanceSport competition in the United States.

On Friday, January 15, The MAC proudly welcomes dancers to our Special AbilitiesDay, a day dedicated to performance, creativity, confidence, and the joy of DanceSport.

From Solo and Duo performances to Trios and Groups, dancers of all ages who qualify for Special Olympics are invited to take the floor and be part of an unforgettable day at The MAC.

Space is limited and entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage dancers, families, and studios to register early and secure their place.

Dear MAC Competitor,

Thank you for your interest and registration in MAC 2027.

I want to remind everyone who has not yet paid or registered, that the Early Bird Registration fees end on Sept. 30, 2027.

In order to receive the Early Bird fees, you have to be registered and PAID UP prior to the end of Wednesday Sept. 30, 2027. The discount you are receiving for being a USA Dance member has already been processed. The system takes off the 10% for the per-dance fees automatically, and I have reduced the Competitor Pass fees for USA Dance members by 10%.

You can pay via PayPal through the O2CM system, or through Zelle by using the tagline "themacny". Paying via Zelle will save you the credit card charges.

Finally, in order to maintain your discount, you will need to send me your renewed USA Dance membership card for 2027 by Dec. 1, 2026. Any renewal after Nov. 1, 2026 is good through 2027.

If you are registering for a WDSF event, please go to https://my.wdsf.org/Competitions and register and pay through the WDSF system.

✨ NEW AT THE MAC 2027 — CHOREOGRAPHIC SHOWDANCE! ✨

We’re excited to bring Choreographic ShowDance to The MAC!

This is a fantastic opportunity for dance studios with group classes to give students something exciting to work toward together. It’s also perfect for college dance teams looking for another way to compete, perform, and showcase their creativity and teamwork.

🌎 Choreographic ShowDance has become extremely popular in Europe and Asia, and The MAC is excited to invest in helping grow this style of competition here in the U.S.
