It was a good weekend for Underground Gym competitors Bradley Brown and Kenny competed at the Arnold with Bradley bringing home gold. Cam and Eric scored 1st and 2nd round knockouts and Jarren Predmore dominated the majority of the fight but the judges had a split decision otherwise. Congrats to all of our fighters. Most of all head coach Rocky Edwards for doing an incredible job getting these guys ready and opening doors for them.

Bungee Class is back starting tonight at 6:30pm! A few things to note about the class:

1. Cost is $10 for members & $20 for non-members. Cash/card/Venmo all accepted at the front desk before class.
2. This is for people of ALL fitness levels. Class is easily modifiable (you will get out what you put in).
3. This class is meant to be high-intensity and low-impact. Come expecting to sweat and burn calories!
