The client won the fundraiser raffle last year and transformed his entire life!!!! After 9 months later I have gone from a scale cresting over 200lbs to now being less than 160lbs. Despite the drastic drop in weight I feel stronger and loading more weights at 43 years old than back in my military days. I’m not only doing, but feeling comfortable, about doing certain weight lifting routines I was always intimidated to try. And most of all I’m easily killing my original goal of keeping up and enjoying life with my crazy energetic kids due to the knowledge and training I’ve been getting with my weekly sessions with Sky.
