Farm managers job 70 acre farm 23 head of horses roughly 18 miles south of the Kentucky border close to Livingston Tennessee. Position comes with a residence all utilities paid including Internet. residence is furnished. We are primarily a breeding operation virtually no stall cleaning,mares live outside unless weather is very cold or bad. there will be some layups from my Racing stock no more than one or two periodically. I do like to break my own horses so the ability to ride would be a plus but not mandatory. We are located very close to Tennessee Tech University. The state of Tennessee offers the first two years of college free if anyone is interested in going to school
