For years, every time the scale stopped moving, I did the same thing.
I ate less.
Cut a meal. Drop the carbs. Add another hour of cardio. Whatever it took to lower that number.
So I kept eating less and less. I was hungry all the time. Cold. Exhausted. Dragging through the day on almost nothing.
And the scale barely moved. Then it stopped completely.
So I figured I just needed to cut even more. That's the logic, right? Eat less, lose more.
I was 365 pounds and I genuinely believed the problem was me. That I didn't have enough discipline. That something was broken in my body that wasn't broken in everyone else's.
Then I found out the truth, and it made me angry it took so long.
My metabolism wasn't broken... it was protecting me.
Years of eating next to nothing had trained it to slow down and hold onto everything I gave it. The less I ate, the tighter it held on.
I wasn't eating too much. I'd been eating too little, for too long.
The day I started eating more, the right way, was the day the weight finally started coming off. I lost 135 pounds doing the opposite of what I'd forced myself to do for years.
I'm sharing exactly how in a free live workshop this Sunday. I'm showing you exactly why eating so little backfires, and how eating more is what finally gets the scale moving again.
It's happening this Sunday 3pm ET, live on Zoom. 90 minutes.
If any of this felt familiar, you should be in the room.
