Wealth is an inside job 💰

I’ve coached incredibly talented people,
with huge audiences,
and lots of knowledge about mindset, money and manifestation..

But an empty bank account.

I’ve helped them make in a weekend what it used to take 4+ months of strenuous effort..

Only to see them return to square one after the weekend, and sabotage their way back into anxiety and lack.

That’s why I stopped doing business coaching,
Because all business problems are personal problems,
So we might as well address the roots.

We will be working on the roots this coming week at “The Mother Wound” workshop.

**Behind every reactive mother is a woman who was never asked what she needed.**

**When you are loved, you can give love.**

**Simple as that.**

It also took decades for me to realize that, although my father was the more stable and ‘loving’ parent and I believed that my mother was the “evil” one..

He played a massive role.

His lack of integrity contributed to her lack of emotional regulation.

His silence contributed to her rage.

His lack of protection was an indirect green light to her violence.

None of this excuses any of what happened, but understanding is the first step towards acceptance.

And acceptance frees us from the resentment and heaviness we carry…

And free from that, we break the cycle.

To heal is an act of courage.
That’s why so few people do it.

Because you must be willing to own your darkness,
to drop the idea of you being a “good” person
and admit your own ignorance and flawed humanity.

Everybody wants to be holy,
Few have the guts to be whole.

But only the latter truly live ❤️‍🔥

😡 I did not want to forgive my mother..

Because I thought that forgiveness meant making her wrongs right.

That it meant to let go of any desire for potential accountability or “justice.”

I eventually realized that the greatest form of justice was to give myself permission to be happy and free from my stories of trauma and hurt.

That she may have hurt me a few times back then,

But I hurt myself thousands in the chaos within my own head.

She may have poured gasoline,

but I kept lighting the match and setting myself on fire..

All so I could look at her and think “See what you did?! You were wrong. I am right.”

But righteousness and peace can never coexist.

If you have a hard time forgiving or accepting what happened in the past,

And you can see how it’s negatively impacting your present relationships

Parents NEVER change 😡

Or that’s what I used to think..

When we change the way we look at the world, the world we look at changes.

This is true for anyone going through pain, trauma and disconnection

Including our parents 🙏🏽♥️
