Beware of anyone a little too interested in making sure you see them as spiritual.

For “Spirituality” is the ego’s favorite hiding place.

Episode 1 is out 🥹🥳♥️

I started my journey writing on Facebook…

Some of my posts took 20+ minutes to read,
so they were not for those chasing the dopameme hits 💉

Then I moved to instagram and every post had a Part 1, 2, 3, 4, etc..

😭😂

Short form has been a great exercise to condense ideas into their simplest forms, but a lot of depth, stories and nuance is lost.

Above all, the complete transmission is lost.

So, I’m excited to return to long-form content creation for those of you that are more education > entertainment oriented.

I’ve come to realize that very often, “High performance” is more about not feeling good enough, than it is about excellence.

Doing it all alone is more about control and safety than it is about strength.

Because to depend on others feels scary..

Because when you were a child you depended on your parents,
and in some way or another, they “failed” you.

So you’d rather carry a 12-person load than ask for help or rely on others…

Because you could be disappointed,

And disappointment is a little too close to the grief you never had the chance to feel growing up.

(This is especially true for most self-proclaimed “stoics”)
