Let's celebrate people honouring their sensory needs 💚

Lots of supermarkets, shopping centres and communal spaces have bright, fluorescent lights that can be overstimulating for Neurodivergent people 💡

Sunglasses can be a great sensory tool to use to make that experience less overwhelming 🕶

Asking questions and being curious is how we learn but let's stop passing judgement on someone's experience that we do not know ❌️
