This is me, and I created this channel awhile back to help uplift the running (and any all active) community to come together and motivate one another. In January I had to take a pause for personal reasons and it was hard to come back. But I had to remind myself to Never Quit. You can always keep going. Life if hard and that is acceptable. You can take a break. But remember to get back on. If you ever need someone to talk to I am always here. Let’s all be here for one another and help everyone reach their goals and continue on.
