💖✨ A LITTLE TRIBUTE TO THE ONE & ONLY DOLLY PARTON! ✨💖
Back in June, several of our dancers came together to open our recital with a number to the iconic “9 to 5” — and what a way to start the show! 🎶💃
We’ve pulled together a few of our favorite moments from that performance to celebrate an artist whose music, talent, personality and unmistakable style have entertained and inspired generations. 🌟
From the second that music started, our dancers brought the energy, personality and FUN to the stage — and watching these clips again reminded us just how much we loved this number! 💕

🩰✨ LOOK AT OUR LITTLE STARS! ✨

There’s just something extra special about watching our Ballet/Tap Tots take the stage! 💕🥹

These little dancers were only 3 & 4 years old when they performed in our June recital — and we couldn’t be prouder of them!

With 3 Ballet/Tap Tots classes taking the stage, our tiniest performers showed everyone just how much they had learned throughout the season. From practicing their first ballet and tap steps in class to putting on their costumes and performing under the lights… this is what those little steps lead to! 🌟

And yes, at this age there may be a little looking around, an unexpected wave to someone in the audience, or a dancer who decides to add her own special touch 😂💕 — and that's exactly what makes watching them so much fun!

They’re learning so much more than dance. They’re building confidence, independence, coordination, musicality and friendships while learning how exciting it can be to accomplish something together.

Spinning through the living room? Dancing every time a song comes on? Putting on little “shows” for the family? 😍

It might be time for their very first dance class!

Our Ballet Tap Tots class for ages 3–4 is the perfect introduction to dance in a fun, encouraging environment where little dancers can learn, grow, build confidence — and most importantly, have FUN! 💜

🩰 30 minutes of Ballet
👞 30 minutes of Tap

✨ One full hour designed especially for little dancers!
And we know trying something new can be a BIG deal when you're only 3 or 4 — so we've made getting started easy.

💗 Your $45 registration fee holds your child's spot until their trial class is complete.

Love it and decide to stay?
Your registration fee is applied and the trial becomes their first class of the season.

Decide it's not the right fit?
We'll refund the registration fee and their trial class is FREE! 💕

31 YEARS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD — AND OUR DOORS ARE OPEN. 🩰❤️.

For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of teaching dancers right here in our Brooklyn community.

My journey began in 1995 at Terrace Dance Studio on Prospect Park West, which later became Dance With Betty, where I continued as head teacher until 2018. When that chapter ended, I opened Christina’s Dream Dance Studio on Fort Hamilton Parkway, continuing a tradition that had already become such a huge part of my life—and the lives of generations of neighborhood dancers.

31 years later, I’m still here. Still teaching. Still creating a place where children can learn, grow, perform, make friendships and fall in love with dance.

As our neighborhood dance community changes, I know there are families searching for a new place for their dancers to call home. Whether you're coming from another local studio, are new to the neighborhood, or your child is stepping into a dance class for the very first time, our doors are open to you.

We proudly welcome dancers from Kensington, Windsor Terrace, Park Slope and our surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods.

Come be part of a dance community with 31 years of neighborhood roots and a whole lot more dancing still ahead. ❤️

WE COULDN’T BE PROUDER OF OUR DANCERS! 💚🤍

Auditions can be scary. They can be nerve-racking, intimidating, and completely outside of your comfort zone. Walking into a room knowing you’re being watched and evaluated takes courage, confidence, and a whole lot of heart.

Last Tuesday, our dancers did exactly that. They pushed through the nerves, trusted their training, supported one another, and gave it everything they had.

And all of that hard work paid off — every one of our dancers who auditioned was invited to participate! 🎉

Of course we are incredibly excited about the opportunity ahead, but we are even more proud of how they got there. They showed up. They took a chance. They challenged themselves. And they proved that sometimes the biggest accomplishments begin with being brave enough to try.

We are SO proud of each and every one of you. Keep working hard, keep believing in yourselves, and never be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. 💚

This is only the beginning! ⭐️
