Survival is all about being able to stay nimble and change directions quickly. Owning my own business has certainly been challenging to say the least. Surrounding yourself with the right people who inspire and push you to be the best version of yourself if what it’s all about.

While there is still so much uncertainty out there, I take solitude in knowing I always have choices. I have the power to control my environment, how I invest my energy, and who I spend my time with.

Staying primed physically has always given me the strength mentally to endure and weather the many challenges of life. I choose to acknowledge the many blessings of my life and I work hard to improve my position when I’m met with adversity.

Feeling grateful this evening to be amidst an industry of gladiators whom I surround myself with everyday. I’m grateful for my clients who inspire me and allow me to do what I love. Most importantly I’m grateful for my family who gives me my purpose.

I’ve always been an all in kinda person. I’ve only known one speed and that’s full speed. My entire life has been about trying to build the life I’ve always wanted. I’m driven by the fear of loss, a feeling I’m very familiar with. I’ve lost money, time, and family. With each loss no matter how big, I try to find the lessons. Something to gain. It makes me stronger and wiser. It allows me to appreciate what I DO have instead of focusing on attaining what I DONT. It’s in my nature to constantly push further, try to go faster, but as I’ve gone through life I’m starting to learn that the secret to really LIVing is being happy where you are. I’ve been reflecting a lot. Looking back at the obstacles I’ve overcome and it gives me strength to know that despite all my “loss” I’ve gained so much more. I’m finally in a place where I can stop and be comfortable slowing down and being present. The reopening of our space has brought a new wave of life. All of the sacrifices, all of the work is now validated. Being with my team and our clients reminds me of what I’m LIVing for. I’m sharing this because it’s not easy to see through the darkness. I know. But if I can shine a bit of light for someone else who can relate to this then it’s all worth it. Despite our differences we are all the same. We are human beings and I’ve dedicated my life to lifting those up around me. Have a great weekend every one. I’m sending love and positivity to you all. CEO & Founder

I love you New York. I first met you when I was a young boy. My parents would take me to see your sights, your shows, your plays, taste your food. I remember being drawn to your energy. It was palpable. I could feel it as if it were my own heart beat. I knew you were the one for me. When I grew older you were where I knew I needed to be. To educate my self. To learn and grow. To learn the crafts and trade that would one day allow me to serve others. You were the place I met my wife. She was born and raised here. A real city girl. I remember being fascinated with her as I was with you. So much energy, so much life. You represented a place where anything was possible. Where dreams are made of. The people here are different. They want to be something, want to make something of themselves. It’s infectious. I love being surrounded by the people of this city it gives me life, inspires me to bring my best everyday, because if you don’t some one else will. I started my first business here. Built it with my bare hands, one hour at a time from nothing. I love you New York. You gave me a shot. You gave me an opportunity. A life. Your hospital took care of my Dad when he was sick. 📣 “Progress not perfection”

Working with the right coach can make all the difference and drastically change the course of your life. We begin each clients journey with a phone call to help them clearly define their wants, needs, and challenges so we can begin to craft a plan tailored to them.

Yesterday we received a message from highlighting her progress. The first picture was taken in February when she first started working with Master Trainer, Ryan. The second image was taken last week. We later hopped on a call with and asked permission to share her story. She said she normally wouldn’t feel comfortable being tagged but felt a desire to share her story. She said if she can inspire one person to take that first step that she did a few months ago then it’s worth it. She told us about how Ryan has taught her the difference between progress and perfection.
Throughout this pandemic he remained in touch. Even when they weren’t training, Ryan would check in, hold her accountable and remind her of how far she has come.

💥 This is the essence of what working with the RIGHT trainer is all about. Wether it’s with us or someone else, if you are looking to make a change in your life you need a few things:
1️⃣You need to know what you want you want and more importantly WHY
2️⃣You need a plan and a person who is qualified and experienced to help you execute it
4️⃣You need to be patient and kind to your self and realize progress takes time. It isn’t linear and there is no definitive end. Learn to enjoy the process, love your self, and start taking the steps required to travel the distance.
Small steps amount to great distances over time. You just need to keep the feet moving!
