Working out Together
I imagine most of you have wandered into a gym by yourself. You take in the machines, try to think about what you want to do, and then make some attempts to put yourself through a work out. I've done all of that is well. One of the most fundamental things I have learned about fitness is that things are more fun and more EFFECTIVE when done together. We all work a little bit harder when we are in it together.
With that in mind please use January and February to bring a friend to class for free! It can be a nice bonding time for you two and it'll be more fitness for all of us :) And you'll be getting the best shape to care for your new little humans!
