Sometimes when a person is sharing their vision, we may twist our brow and try to find holes in their vision or correct their vision. Same goes with an opportunity, we may have a knee-jerk reaction and just try to find every issue with the opportunity. However, it’s usually not the person’s vision or the opportunity that has a hole in it, more often than not, it’s our judgments that keep us from seeing the potential. Learning to see what brings up judgment in you and learning how to address those triggers can lead you to be more open minded.
Learning to be more open minded and less judgmental can create more opportunities for you and aide you in helping others create a better version of themselves.

I was, and sometimes still am, the king of giving, and giving, and giving, until there is nothing left. Then I get overtired, overwhelmed, resentful, cranky but I still give and give however not in a gracious way defeating the purpose.
Giving is a great thing, it helps others and that is what makes life great when you help others. Unfortunately , giving gets bad when you no longer have anything left to give and do not replenish yourself.
When I was a NYC police officer, we had a saying, you want to get to an emergency call as quickly as possible, however, you must get there safely first in order to help everyone else.
You must care for yourself first. You must grow first. You must rest, eat, sleep,exercise, meditate in order to replenish first so you can care for others.
Same goes with money. In order to give , for whatever your choose to spend your money on, you need to have money.
The list goes on and on but first you have to have before you give, because the world needs what you have to give from the best version of you.

Staying the same is easy, that’s right easy. It’s comfortable. It’s no stress. It’s you on auto pilot, no thinking required, no challenge or hardship to overcome, and no failure to face. There is no opportunity to admit, I really don’t know everything, I need help.
At times, we all fall back on what we were taught by our past,family, friends, and our schooling. Some of those lessons were great and are worth keeping, however some of the stuff may not have been the best. If you want to grow , shedding lessons that just don’t work for you will become necessary, leaving you room to create what does work for you as you develop the best version of you, your relationships, your business, or whatever it is you are working on.
I know this is easier said than done and usually leads to a lot of uncertainty, guilt, challenges, and resistance. Most people get stuck here, I know I do, however in order to grow, you’ll need to stop resisting growth.

Well that makes sense right. We are a product of our thoughts, both good and bad.
So if that’s the case, then it would make sense that if you continue to focus on the good then there is a good chance the good will continue to exist.
We can say the same about the bad stuff in our lives, just take the last sentence and replace the word good with bad, see what I mean.
There is a lot of stuff going on today in our lives, in the world, how the world affects our lives, and so on. You can argue all day about what side of the fence you are on or how much everything is bu****it and on and on and on,leaving you stuck. Unfortunately,some stuff we can’t change and we get caught in the trap of letting bad stuff exist by continuing to think about it. However, we can get unstuck and focus our thoughts and energy on getting stuff done that affects our lives in the way we want to live.
So, I would like to pose a few questions to you.
What are you holding on to that is continuously holding you back?

What could you create if you let it go?

What space could you open if you let it go?

What relationships could you develop in your life, your business, or your projects if you let it go?

A problem is something you can do something about. If you can’t do something about it then it’s not your problem. Then it is just is a fact of life, from there it is up to you whether to have it in your life or choose to walk away from it.
